I recently freed myself from a full time job. I didnt like going to work, I would do anything to waste time during the day. "Make they day go by faster". Why should anyone want the day to go by faster this is my life.
I was driving to work for another day of "fun" thinking about better things I could be doing instead of working at putting money in the boss's pocket. I had been thinking about this a lot when driving to and from work. I would think "man this is not what I want to do, there has to be something better" . .. blah blah so i decided to put a stop to my job stresses. I was driving to work getting close to the turn to go to the parking lot. I Just kept driving past and called my manager and told him this job is not for me and im not coming in anymore. That was that. now that I dont have a 9-5. I am currently searching for a part time job, I have enough money to pay rent this month.
Now my fulltime job is looking for good ways to make extra money to help make ends meet. I enjoy thinking up business ideas for useful websites, i dont know where this post is going so it stops here.. _________________ k thx zzzzzzzzz |

Hello!
First of all let me say woooooooooooooooooow! it took a lot of courage to quit your job and actually follow through with what you want, I also have been looking for ways to end the "slavery" and I found residual income to be the answer and with this network marketing for the compensations they use; I know network marketing does not has a very good name but check out the plans, they really work!!
check this website, the product is recognized internally as the #1 supplements and Network marketing today magazinne has this plan as number 1 8 years in a row now.

A brave, mad move Fycer. I've done similar things myself. I've worked a lot as a medical typist and, on occasion, have been so depressed at the thought of starting a new job that I've left after 10 mins! I'd be interested to know how you get on and whether the rent gets paid. I've been there before. _________________ Communism: "Comrade, here is your grindstone - now get your nose to it!"

Fycer, how did your part time job search go? What was the outcome of your liberation?
I'm sure many of us would be interesting in hearing more about your quest for freedom! |

Crazy... I just recently found this post. It's been a while heh. I did go on to find some "work" that I enjoyed working for a small one person tech / web development shop. I worked with them and then at the end of 2007 I started my own web development company.
The freedom is great but there are also many responsibilities. It is also a challenge keep myself motivated, on task, up to date with current web development trends, finding clients, keeping track of expenses, invoicing in addition to producing quality work... It has not been easy, but I can not see myself going back to work in another 'job'.
I'm still not even sure if this is what I want to do, it's getting me by for now though. Sometimes I think it would be nice to go back to a mindless job vs having to think, stay motivated, stay up to date with the latest web dev trends, find clients etc. Since starting the web business I've had the freedom to move to a place I enjoy, I can take a day off if I feel like it, I can work on my own terms.
Thanks for the responses for those who asked.
I have not tried any affiliate marketing / passive income methods yet. It would be ideal to make enough passive income to live comfortably... But obviously it isn't so easy otherwise 'everyone would be doing it'...
Hopefully this is helpful to someone. _________________ k thx zzzzzzzzz |
